Very impactful
Great book for people looking to chill out and stop having an out-of-control life, and get a handle on stress, anxiety, etc. Starts slow, though, so be patient at the beginning.

These seem to be genuine, not imitations
1 of 1 found this helpful I've purchased over 10 pair of these over the years, and most are cheap imitations from overseas. However, these appear to be genuine, as they have the correct start-up sound, and also have the WoW feature. I even purchased a second pair from the same seller.
