Sorry for the trouble. Unfortunately we do not have any control over the Ghana postal service and they do sometimes fail to deliver. However we promptly provided a full refund when the delivery service failed.

Not a suitable mixer as advertised
I do not believe this device is suitable as a mixer as advertised and would not recommend using it for that purpose. I wanted plug (mix) several audio outputs into one input on my amplifier. A proper mixer has resistors to isolate the outputs that are being tied together. This device is wired direct without resistors. Tying low impedance outputs directly to one another impairs the output signal(s) and may cause damage. This device is suitable as a splitter for connecting numerous devices to a single output (i.e. four headsets to one audio output). However it is not suitable as a mixer for connecting multiple outputs to a single input.
