The vendor is located in Portugal and it took 1 1/2 months to receive the watch band. The band itself (my mistake) was 18mm and needed to be 20mm wide. I wanted to return the band but found that it would be more to ship the band back than what it is worth. So I'm stuck with a product I can't use. Incidentally I found an exact band here in the USA for 1/5 of his price.

For me is important your satisfaction. You bought by mistake the wrong size. Was not my fault sr. Description is accurate. Any way can return. I was not expceting this feedback. I also inform have take 8 business days to reach you. ALl that time you indicate is because was in local post service to pick up . I can show several tracking numbers to USA and usual is 10 days
