Where to start. No communication from seller at all, even after eBay stepped in. Ordered on the 20th of December stating arrival of package on January 4, label was created on January 2 and sat at usps awaiting item for 11 days. Had eBay step in and got refund because seller didn’t even respond to them. Wouldn’t recommend
