    The tote I bought was packed roughly into a box without caring whether it ended up permanently folded and being an ugly gift for someone. For a higher shipping cost compared to resellers, this wasn't worth it. I had higher expectations for a direct sale from Tokidoki, but I just wasn't up to dealing with a refund, so I gifted the bag as-is. I probably won't buy bags from them again.
