Titan T-3 Series Dip Attachment Bars for 2"x3" HD Power Rack Strength Training
Feb 27, 2016
Multi Faceted Item...
These items are a bargain for the price when used as dipping bars. Then add onto that, they can be used in several different configuration. Including, but not limited to "medium grip right angle chins" - "body weight rowing, by positioning yourself under the bars, with feet resting on a bench, then row your body up toward the bars" - and etc... Really, your only limited by your imagination. These also store nicely out of the way, by inserting them up high, on the rear of the rack, handles aiming towards the wall/rear of the rack if using the rack in that configuration. Also note, when using the parallel bars for upside down rowing, you can vary the position of you body position to hit the lats a different angles i.e. rowing closer to your abdomen will develop the lower section of the lat muscles. Where if you row to you pec area, you ignite more of the upper lats and rhomboids. Then there is the positions in between, there is also a few gripping options. I've only experimented a little (I just received the bars) and have not had time to use them to learn more. Oh, and by the way, they (at least for me) are spaced perfect for there intended use "parallel bar dips". As a matter of fact, they are the best dipping bars I have ever used... Thanks for the great product Titan... ~Tom
