Great camera system. Simple and robust.
2 of 2 found this helpful The camera system surpassed all my expectations. I was looking for something robust, not expensive, easy to install and that would give live coverage on my cell and recording storage at my own device at home and free of charge.
Cameras: They feel and look robust. The joints (swivel gimble) are metal. Installation was straight forward. Both day and night (night vision) recordings are great quality.
Recording unit: One module that comes with the system. It needs a Hard drive to be purchased separately. It was very easy to install. I further installed the unit against the wall behind my TV.
Operation: As soon you plug your internet cable to recording unit, add power cables to each camera and HDMI cable to TV or monitor, the system comes to life. The software is very simple looking; it almost feels like the BIOS in your computer. Also, it comes with its USB mouse (very cheap), which works. I didn’t notice any glitches in the software, very reliable. The basic functions that you may need to interface with to setup the system were very intuitive to learn.
Android app: Simple to install and gets me live pictures from my cameras on my cell phone. No charge. So far no issues.
