I purchased this item through ebay because the arrival date was quicker than where I found it elsewhere. 5 days after the item was due to arrive I reached out to the seller letting them know the package had not arrived. Instead of responding or sending me a tracking number, they just refunded me my money with no other communication. I had to order the product elsewhere.
