Communication was nearly instantaneous! Description was accurate. Shop had a busy week but once the package made it to the PO I received it super fast!!!Like everyone says the packing was perfect. Apologies for the anxious email about shipping but a mint Neumann in the house cures everything!!! (the fine print does say up to 3 days to ship after payment clears!)
