This item does not hold it charge and I have left seceral message with the seller only to received back a copy of the manual. These earpod did not hold a charge for the online zoom call which I wanted them for. I had to scramble around looking for alternative source of wired earphone. This would be too distracting to put up with every week. I have asked to return them or and for a replacement pair to be sent to me of a refund. I will have to take this issue up with ebay
