The buyer’s comment is entirely false. The bottle was shipped directly by the manufacturer. We requested pictures and none were provided. Instead, the customer simply demanded a full refund and to keep the bottle. We offered a refund once the bottle was returned and the buyer refused. We take great pride in 100% positive feedback over 10 years with over 5000 sales and take customer service more seriously than any seller.We are very disappointed that eBay allows buyers to leave false reviews.

The best shampoo for hair loss
Trust me. This is the best shampoo available for hair loss. I have tried every shampoo available over the past few years. None of them worked and some made it worse. When I started this shampoo, my shedding stopped in only a couple of days. With each passing week, my hair is actually getting thicker and I see new hair growing in. My hair also is so much thicker. This is a real review.

The best shampoo and conditioner set for hair loss
I have been a diffuse thinner for about 5 years. With each passing year, it was getting worse. Propecia and minoxidil were losing effectiveness. I added this set and the pro strength to my regimen. In only 3 months, my hair got much much thicker and I definitely see new hair along the hairline. Even my barber says may hair is much thicker.
