Seller packaged item in a USPS Priority Mail box wrapped in paper to avoid higher postage. I was not aware of this seller’s deceit. By the time it arrived at my post office, the paper had torn off and the post office will not release to me unless I pay the extra postage of $13.55. I already paid the postage shown on the listing at my purchase. If I do not pay, USPS will ship back to the seller and she will end up with my money and the item. Neither eBay or Paypal may resolve my dispute in time.
