This was a case of fraud. I paid, April 6. Item was not shipped for two weeks. I was told Covid-19 was the cause so they don't have the item to ship. Therefore cancelled. But refund never came. Delaying tactics such as "Don't worry, your money is safe with us," followed. Eventually excuse was made of their PayPal account problem and asked for my PayPal account or I.D. though I had paid by credit/debit card. What did eBay do to help? Referred me to an article to read. Shop here at your own risk.
