I don't want to give a negative review because I got what I paid for. It was clear from the picture that the chemical was three years outdated, but I took a chance because of the price. When I added water to the powder, it turned the color of strong tea, but it did process the photo paper well enough for what I needed. Had it been an important project, I would have invested the money to get fresh chemical. In other words, it was worth what I paid and it arrived quickly.
