  Seller shipped this large heavy book in a loose-fitting unpadded paper bag with no additional protection of any kind. As a result, the book was damaged with multiple creases on the hardback cover and extensive bending on the corners. I contacted the seller and received a lengthy apology but no offer of compensation for the damage caused by their negligence. I then suggested a partial refund and received no response. Followed up a third time and again received no response. Disappointed!

  Received a notice from the seller that a partial refund was issued. I am more than satisfied with the resolution. It may be that the delay in communications was due to the holiday. Although the system does not allow me to change my initial feedback, I now consider the experience with this seller to be positive and I would buy from them again.
