Bread and Soup recipes - wonderfull and easy cooking recipes
Published in the early 1970's, cookbook is loaded with interesting recipes from all over the world. Very easy to use and understand, even for someone like myself, that is a cooking novice. What is really nice about this book is that it has sections dedicated to basics of bread baking and soup making. Sections dedicated to Eastern and Northern Europe, Near and Far East, Mediterranean and new world cooking. Over 400 pages with a very helpfull index.
