The item hasn't arrived. it is well past the arrival window for delivery. the last time i checked the tracking into it said the item hadn't shipped yet. I contacted the seller on the 28th and still have not heard back. I have no idea if the item is even on the way or not, but payment has already been collected. unsatisfied is an understatement.
