Original box was put down in another box to keep it in excellent shape. Layers of package bubble wrap was put on top of original box; to cushion it during shipping. Doll has never been taken out of the box; it is still taped and sealed in place. Doll looks brand new. Doll isn’t cracked or any stains on clothes. The doll looks so beautiful! Thanks for selling one. Would give seller 5 stars for great packing, communication, and great customer service. Would buy from them again in the future.
