Package was shipped well, but I’m not sure the figure area actually new in box. One side of the box there are two pieces of tape, one of them is ripped, like someone had previously opened it. Just a theory though

Wow, somebody moves into new house and can't find an item appologizes and issues a refund with explanation and gets a negative.
