It is the worst supplier I have ever met, I bought a MacBook and it arrived completely defective, it is a total scam DO NOT buy from this supplier.

Power off the laptop. Wait few seconds. Push and hold down for 10 seconds left Shift Control Option and Power button. Release all four keys on same time. it should work. also, contacting me prior to leaving feedback, would have helped.
