i paid for a christmas gift for my kids on 12/4. i never received my item or any response from the seller. it's surprising to me that a seller with 100% positive feedback would provide ZERO contact or explanation as to why my item wasn't sent after it was paid for. i finally had to ask ebay to step in and provide a refund. weirdest experience of my time using ebay.
