The item I purchased was described as being in good condition and with signs of age that could have been present. It was written that it had no stains or holes. Unfortunately it has 3 holes. I am not satisfied with my purchase

It was an honest oversight on my part. When the buyer reached out to me, I asked them to open a case and start a return and they failed to do that.

The jeans were not as pictured—wider legs. The size was also larger than other size 4 Athleta jeans I own. Contacted the seller who was very curt and replied that her ad specified not returnable. Reviewed the listing and could find nothing about sales being final. Would not buy from seller again.

The jeans are brand new. There was nothing wrong with them. The size was exactly what the buyer purchased. They did not fit her and she wanted to return them. The listing does state no returns as a standard Ebay option. The description does not state no returns because it is already stated in the Ebay option of the listing.
