The item was packaged VERY poorly and arrived damaged. The kettle had a dramatic dent in the side, the bottom of the kettle dropped off when picked up. It didn't whistle when heated. LOTS of problems. Seller was responsive and refunded full amount paid. It took between 10-14 days to arrive which making it arrival in bad shape pretty disappointing. It's really hard for me to rate the item condition given how it arrived.
