I do not recommend buying it. It is very bad. After I installed it, the car battery no longer worked. I bought a new one. The same problem. When I removed the parts and put in a new battery, everything went well.

Sounds like you did not follow proper install directions. This is a simple install but if you do leave the two plugs connected at the same time then there is the chance to have issues. We do note this in the directions as a warning and is the customer responsibility to read and follow directions.

Easy install. Issue is that you need to send it back on your dime to get it flashed or pay someone to do it. That usually cost anywhere from $75-$100. For $200 it should include a return label to get it flashed.

Beware. It didn't work after two hours of trying according to their instructions and youtube videos they provided, none of which were my specific car. I tried calling but they didn't answer for a while. When they eventually answered they told me they would call me back and never did. Shame on you guys.
