The buyer admittedly showed me pictures that he had ordered the wrong part number with the wrong connector compared to mine which was listed correctly and knew that I did not take returns however I offered him to sell it himself on eBay and when he refused to do that I offered him to start a return saying that he bought the part by mistake in which then I could give him a refund well for some reason he could not follow those simple instructions and then he told me that he lost the box in the shi

Very good replacement for Omnistor that look very similar
Worked well as a substitute for one that appeared to be very close on my Four Winds camper with an Omnistor awning. I just had to switch over the fitting to my style crank pole/handle
