Wrong shoes sent- I returned shoes and still have not received refund despite multiple messages with seller.

Buyer sent the shoes to the wrong address and I never received the shoes back. The customer never opened a proper returned on their order and instead shipped them with their own address outside of eBay without letting me or eBay know they are on their way back. Unfortunately cannot provide a refund until shoes are returned. Told the buyer I'm very sorry for this situation.
