Excellent step-by-step instructional guide on breathing
If you are looking for a real "How-to" on effective breathing techniques-You are in the right place with "Breathing" by Andrew Weill. This is not a lecture recording although it begins with background information on the definition/structure and importance of mindful breathing, and the origins of various breathing techniques. It is mostly a very well done instructional demonstration of breathing techniques with opportunities for the listener to breathe along with Andrew Weill. It was very well done with just exactly what I was looking for: Step by step instructions on a few, most effective, breathing exercises.
