CPU needed some serious cleaning to get it to work but it does work. There was green build up on several of the contact pads. Could have been moisture from CPU. being water-cooled and water block leaked. This was not mentioned in the description. These were just my findings. Seller needs to be more detailed in their description in my opinion.
