Because they took my payment and never shipped the item and No communication whatsoever...Very poor communication and Very poor customer service...I will never recommend to a friend or anyone else...Very disappointing...I was referred to HobbyKing by a friend out at the fly field and never again will I ever make a recommendation to this seller to anyone at my fly field from what I've experienced.
