First REAL hope I've seen for depression and other life-destroying problems
Excellent book. I first borrowed from the Library, but had to buy my own for notations and margin notes.(the ones I'm going to make, that is) This book answers a great need in many lives - what to do when you know you need to change, but don't know how to do it. It offers the science to understand and control our most troublesome actions and thoughts, in easy-to-understand language. I've read a lot of "self-help" books before that left me with some general ideas, but this is a "self-change" book, that tells me exactly what to do. It is simple. It is science. You do it. You change.
