Terrible communication. Ship/Hand was $20, and with that the package didn't get put into the mail till a week after payment was received and was two blu ray cases wrapped in a paper bag banging around the postal service for another week. Arrived a day after the latest estimation and both cases were cracked down the middle, one being almost split in two.
