Item was in much poorer condition than their 'good rating' description. Several large and numerous small scratches to the screen. Had to get eBay to intervene for refund, but it was then done quickly. Seller initially seemed good - they said the phone battery had failed their test so they would send a different phone with better battery though this meant a delay to delivery. There were no comms about the return. Wouldn't use again.
