Zipper was stuck in fabric and broke when trying to pull it away from the fabric, and the entire plush was lightly stained from skin oils, not quite in the lightly used condition the description led to believe. Tear was relatively easily remedied, though not in same way it had been, but upon trying to open to remove the stuffing to do a deepsoak to remove the stains, the zipper was discovered to be stuck and attempts to make it unstuck broke it. Otherwise seller did their part pretty well.
