Is Mark as delivered and never received it. I don't have the time to be running around. Talk to the mail man and he mentioned he was not working that day. That it was a sub mailman. Contact the seller and explain what he told me. The seller answered that it was Mark delivered and that ebay will take the negative review and that I don't go to the postmaster. I don't have the time to go around for that. I will take the lost. Have fun with the $6 dollars for a dog collar that I never received.
