Yes item arrived as described in new condition, although the USPS broke the box completely open and should refund the shipping. I suggest to this seller that they ship lighter items in another box or use super heavy paper wrap, as the super light wrap was ripped and easily torn. Electrical tape saved it! Item was fortunately not damaged, no thanks to the shipping folks.
