1 of 1 found this helpful Very good entertainment. Simon Baker exhibits the star quality that would make The Mentalist a hit. John Leguizamo is cast in type for once, as a slimy little backstabbing cockroach. The makeup is state of the art - the best of all the George Romero zombie movies.

The writing in this book is entertaining, the prose spare and direct. It points out things leaders should know innately, and outlines not only how a leader can deal with negative employees, but also how to deal with exceptional employees so that they don't feel neglected, or taken for granted. There are amusing anecdotes.
