Great for all round detox
I bought this as it was recommended for detox of aluminium. Being a silica based product I feel this is really working. I've also noticed after a month that my yoga and Qi Gong practice is improved in terms of more supple ligaments and less creaky bones. I've tried similar products but really like this one. Highly recommended.
