Customer service is important. Seller chose to abruptly end an email conversation after I inquired about a possible service request for a failed MegaWatt 36 amp module failure purchased from this seller/company. I bit the bullet and bought this replacement to go inline with the remaining 4 that still operate normal. The failed module emits an electrical grinding noise, but only when under a load measuring 7-8 amps or higher. Still operates, just unbearable to be around when in use.
