The instrument was in excellent condition, as shown in the listing. As instructed, the instrument was shipped insured to a Freight Forwarder and then re-shipped to the buyer's final destination by the Forwarder. We cannot present a damage claim with the shipper after the item has been forwarded from Texas to Florida. The forwarder should make the damage claim. We offered to facilitate a repair with no response from the buyer and will still help with a repair. Let us know how we can assist.
