I’m making a shawl for my big sister in law who is starting a battle against an aggressive breast cancer, while I watch and wait on my aplastic anemia treatment to see if it works (I had horse ATG recently). This yarn is a perfect match for what I had on hand and will help my sanity as I adjust to meds and hopefully begin healing, and help me comfort her from several states away as she begins her treatments.
