Lack of communication and also a huge delay in shipping. Actually never even tried to ship the item I ordered . Reached out to seller to see why my item hadn't shipped after almost 2 weeks. I was simply looking for an explanation. But this seller couldn't respond to my messages. That's when I had to reach out to Ebay for a full refund and thankfully they did .
