  I contacted the seller and asked them to cancel the order because it wouldn't arrive when we needed it. They agreed to cancel but charged our credit card. I have repeatedly asked them to give us a refund and can't get an answer. It's been two weeks. Not going to give a good review and hope this helps others from experiencing the same issue.

  Sorry to see your Negative review. Just for your information. We sellers don't charge credit cards. That is something Ebay does. I don't control charges. Also I cancelled the Order as soon as I saw your cancelation. If the funds weren't returned in a timely matter again that is Ebay. Again I am sorry you feel this way but next time consult with Ebay.
