I bought a watch strap from this seller and it fell apart on the second time I wore it, I reached out to him and he accused me of send him photos of a different strap. Instead of doing the right thing he is treating me like I am some type of conman considering I have 100% positive feedback.

Well, I'm trying not to accuse nobody, but... I shipped BROWN strap in great condition as shown on my listing, and got pictures sent by the Buyer of damaged BLACK strap attached to the watch. On my request for sending correct clear pictures I have not got any response. Was willing to take MY STRAP back to resolve the problem but instead got such feedback...A little weird situation, not sure what this feedback is about

The strap was shipped right after you paid. I did offer you to choose fast shipping, like UPS or DHL, but you decided to go with the cheapest and slowest shipping option. So why do you blame me for delay if it's your fault?
