    Arrived broken. Poor packaging caused lid and bottom of pokal to bang against each other, causing breakage of bottom piece. Seller says to have USPS give me refund. USPS is not responsible for poor packaging. Seller did not respond to Ebay claim process. Ebay found in my favor and issued me a full refund of $79.04

    You informed me two weeks after delivery that you just received the item broken….2 weeks after received and posted as delivered by tracking. Yes, I did dispute the return as you had it in your possession for almost 19 days. I suggested you contact USPS because I believe you were not being forthright since it took 19 days to suddenly state it was broken in transit. If it has been reported within day of receipt, I would have happily refunded your money.
