    I can't recommend this seller enough! Sloane is there to walk you through the entire process via eBay chat or WhatsApp. They sent extensive customization options, checked in at multiple points to make sure the couch was meeting my expectations, and made the entire process feel fun and unique. My couch was shipped on March 31st and arrived on May 12th, which was on the early end of what I was quoted. I couldn't be more thrilled with the quality of the packaging and the product. Worth every penny!
