A 5-star effort showing the talents of a new star in the Blues field.
ROB BLAINE is the future of the Chicago Blues scene. He's a young man with an old soul, a virtuoso guitarist/singer/songwriter who started playing in Chicago clubs as a young teenager. When he straps on his vintage Les Paul guitar, Rob and his BIG OTIS Blues band cut loose with a great debut CD, the songs stirred up in a musical gumbo of Blues, Soul and R&B. A great, supportive band and guest musicians make this first offering one which I highly recommend to all Blues fans. With this premiere CD, a star is born, just waiting for the rest of the world to catch up with him and get on board!
