Shipment was speedy. The overall dress quality and fit were good. Unfortunately, the color dye application was a sloppy. Seller refused to honor the eBay Money Back guarantee that assures free return shipping for defective items. They insisted that I was responsible for it and tried to convince me to keep the dress for a partial refund. Finally, since they refused to provide a shipping label, eBay provided a full refund and told me to keep the dress. Very unprofessional/ cunning seller.
