  This item is defective. The shipping was very confusing. The item arrived in an Amazon envelope with a gift receipt. Amazon had no record of this item or gift receipt... The seller used Core Tail as the courier. Not familiar with Core Taiil. In order to get a refund for defective item had to return and pay for return shipping. Shipping too expensive to return a defective item. The whole transaction was very disappointing and shipping very confusing
