I would’ve preferred it if the poster was rolled up like a poster typically is instead of fold it all up because now it has lines across it.

I am really confused. Did you somehow not see the pictures in the listing showing the fold lines, or the description that stated that they were there also? I don`t know what else to say. I am dumbfounded.

Face shield was listed as New, Old Stock. Face shield showed up with multiple scuffs/scratches in the center, right between the eyes. As if it had been rubbing against something slightly abrasive. Contacted seller about it and they said they didn't see any scratches. They said I could return it for a full refund.

Shield was New Old Stock, and had no visible scratches, buyer was told to return it for a full refund if they were not happy. They refused to do so and now here we are. I get the raw-end of the deal for offering to do the right thing. Go figure. If item was truly damaged, I would assume the buyer would want to return it, not keep it. I did suggest that it was possible it rubbed against the inside of the box, that got no response. Still want to do the right thing, my offer still stands.
