    Worked perfectly for me - I used 2 to install as many SSD in my Optiplex 7040. Note that my model came with the tray for it. I believe some versions come with a tray for 3.5" HDD. In that case you might have to buy an adapter to mount a 2.5" drive, and I don't believe this piece would be useful.
